you will need 3 Sangan, 3 Witch of the black forest, 3 swords of revealing light, 3 or 2 Pot of Greed, and 3 or 2 Graceful Charity. These are the key to win with Exodia deck. I give 5/10 for your deck.

-too many cards to speed up your draw of the parts
-repeating what was said in a post: there are forbidden cards and limited cards
-there are better cards out there to play than putting the fish (id go for vorse raider or any 1900 atk), the magnet warriors (unless its a fun deck), ultimate dragon (only 2 BEWT id go for cyber twin or end dragon instead), ...
--reading your list, most of your cards are from starter decks go get better cards if you can

Some cards need to be replaced with different ones but as for a rating i give it a 5 out of 10.

yo that's fressh but u broke the rules
u have quite a few forbidden cards and limited
and if it's exodia put in exodia necross and
take out monster reborn and get monster
reincarnation and backup soldier

6-fusion gate

and you don't need 3 last will

Lose one of your BEUD. That's too much, and (I could be wrong) you can only have one Polymerization card in your deck.
Other than that, your deck looks pretty strong to me.
