I'd say give him to the Kurds. Let them have a go at him since they were the ones to suffer the most under his regime. I'm sure by the time they are done with him, he will have wished they had hanged him.

God is the supreme judge as far as death is concerned.....we as humans do not have the right to make that decision.....if we do then there is no difference between sadam and us......i would say he should stay in jail till is natural death....

He should hang. It should be public. Our (US) system should work the same way.
Found guilty of a capitol offence and you get one appeal. Within 30 days apply the penalty.

Jail him. Something in my mind tells me that murdering someone for injustice is our own injustice to mankind. only God can judge an individual. Everyone is pardoned in God's name--God forgives and so we must. I know Saddam did a lot of bad things, but he's a human being too...God's creation

I don't think we should hang him because he has killed so many, so if he just gets to die, that's an unfair punishment to Iraq, the U.S., and the world. If we do kill him, he should die a slow and painful death at the least.
