Tell him what you just told us... That was perfect the way you said it... You tell him that you enjoy your privacy and she can come over 2 to 3 times a week (which is fair) but that is it... Instead of her always coming over to your house, he can go over to her house the other half of the week... And if you don't like her spending the night, tell him that too... If they want to spend the night together, it would be safe to say that they are ready to live together... Therefore, they should begin to consider investing in a home together... Hope it helps...

wow, ahh i would say.. if it's for reasons more then just staying the night together then thats fine, like a ride to work or plans in the morning.. but on nights that they for sure don't have to be up for anything then why couldn't she stay at home.. why can't he go stay at her house for a few of the nights? i dont' know i would kinda feel bad if i had to do that.. i would just explain that if he wants her there everynight then their gonna have to start paying on rent too, even if it's only 200$ a month.. it will help you get out of there faster and into a bigger apartment.. and i wouldn't want the g/f to think i dislike her, but that i just need more time alone and for it to be quiet.. good luck and best wishes! hope you have a very happy new year!

How much rent does your son pay you? Does he pay half of all the bills including rent and utilities? And do you divide things three ways for the time that his girlfriend is there?
Your house ... your rules. If your 18 year old son and his girlfriend need that kind of space then they also need jobs and their own apartment.

First of all if she is sleeping there several times a week she needs to start paying rent and be put on the lease, otherwise when you landlord finds out all THREE of you can be evicted. I suggest you either find a larger place ASAP or tell your son and his girlfirend they have to find another place to sleep together. Especially if it means the possilbity of being out on your butt.

If you pay the bills you make the rules, and he will either abide to them or he will find his own, If my son tried to do that to me I would tell him to rent a room at the local motel, I don't run a brothel from my home.

ask him to tell his girlfriend to just stay on week-ends this way you have your quite time and spend time with your son during the week and the girlfriend has the week-end which gives everyone their own time & privacy.

2 or 3 times a week is fair. what's not is you having to listen to your son and his gf having sex. Yuck!!! i think you better move quick or make him get his own place.

Decide what makes you comfortable. If he's living in your home, no matter what his age, he has to live by your rules.
