True, doing push-ups may help them look bigger because you're strengthening your chest muscles. Keep in mind that you're strengthening your upper arms as well. So, if you're a girl (of a smaller build) who doesn't want to have bulky looking arms, then re-consider.

Only a boob job is the answer. Exercise does not make breasts bigger.
