I agree that only time (and a lot of silence) can help you recover. Next time, though, invest in some ear plugs and wear them at the next concert you go to. Your ears will thank you for it.

Do you understand physics?
not saying that all others are wrong but... They are!!!
your body is 80percent water, the waves of sound in your ears will not disipate untill you match that sound with something of a lessor charge, WATER!!!
run the bath at luke warm, or warm, submerge your intire body and head, the water will create a wall surrounding the ringing helping it to minamize, what ever you do once you're out of the tub, do not suction the water out your ears with palm of hand.Tilt it until all runs out, left and right. grab a q-tip use baby oil or sweet oil. and layer inner lobes cleaning out excess wax deposits,
Lay down go to sleep. wake up, you're deaf!!! JUST KIDDING!
you will feel greater than great.... try it for my sake.

go to a quiet place for some time. That will make you feel better. Next time, I suggest some earplugs. you will still be able to hear the concert but it wont affect your ears anymore.

If you continue to go to loud concerts you won't have that problem much longer.
