Any concealer or under eye makeup that says "moisturizing" should help, since moisture helps "plump" the skin, making it less wrinkled.

I have found those "cover up" creams don't work very well. They end up greasy or caked. It's better to use an extra layer of your regular foundation. Pat it on, smooth it out gently then set it with a very light dusting of powder.

It's really important to use a good eye cream first. I like Roc. Consumer Reports recently had a review. I think something by Oil of Olay ranked first.
