Why not look in the porn sites for that kind of thing - you are most unlikely to find anything here! Judging by the number of times you have asked this question, it also appears to be a little obsessive in nature.
If i were you, I would try to control these thoughts and focus on something much healthier and positive. You are only a young lad - you should be out there DOING things rather than wishing and fantasising and asking others about it.
Anyway, it would be dangerous to drink so much water that your stomach distends.
