Everything!!!!!! I love CAMARO. The best thing I guess is just owning one because there are'nt that many left out there anymore. I sold my 92 RS and will regret it for the rest of my life.

Probably the fact that there are alot of aftermarket parts and acessories for it...you can incorporate mechanics from the Vette and Trans Am models of that same time....being that you say..5.7 litre ...V.8...it's a 350 cid V-8...a proven powerhouse that can be easily tuned up...you can throw a supercharger and some duals on that badboy....get up to 500 to 600 horses...if you know what to do with the wrench...plus you could put Air ride on there or just Eibach suspension...do the big tires in the back thing...even get you a Holley blower kit.....the car is like a piece of clay...it's like a jungle cat in a zoo that can be reintroduced to the wild jungle....a great project car.

mine is a 91 305 tpi w/ 5speed. I spent $1700 on the motor, don't know the horse power but it beats the 99 z28 I just sold. And when I drive normally I get 23 mpg on the highway. The comp cam in it makes it sound like a monster so I haven't really got to compare it with other cars because they won't race.

well, just the fact that there isn't a whole lot of them left out there anymore.
Most everyone that owned them beat the crap out of them. They were good cars and had a really good engine in them.As a matter of fact those engines are worth a decent dollar. Alot of hot rod guys like to use those engines in there old street rods to give them a more modern power plant with its throttle body fuel injection with TPI ignition.
If the engine is in good shape but the car isn't. Pull the engine and sell it on eBay.

Just that they are a car they didnt make alot of or for too many years, so it is just like owning any limited edition vehicle. I like Camaros, had 2 myself. The IROC's were nice. Keep it and take care of it. :)

Wow, I had to replace intake gaskets, pull cylinder heads, engines, transmissions and the hideous project of fuel pump replacement on those etc, I don't know if there IS a best thing about them, but I never owned one because I've seen poor souls try driving them in ANY snow.

Lots of power, performance, good looks and reasonable gas mileage, plus a trip down memory lane driving that car.
