Need to dress up for New Years party. My friend and I are 18 years old, any good ideas? (That DONT cost a lot of money..)

+ Bo Peep, or Little red riding Hood. You can pretty much make the costume at home.

go as a bunny girl - this wont cost: every girl should have these
black shoes
black tights
any colour leotard
make the cuffs/ears off an old shirt
that shouldn't have cost you
have fun at your party

I already answered this question, but I thought you and your friend were guys. Since you are girls, I'd suggest you go as cards from Alice in Wonderland that painted the roses red. Some felt, cardboard paint buckets, paint brushes and a few red roses from the dollar store. Very inexpensive.
