Hey, It's winter here in Toronto. It's really cold in the solarium (solarium is in the apartment). I have been keeping my birds in my sister's room but she's getting mad so now I have to put it in my room since there is no more big spaces in the apartment.|||| How do I make it warmer in the solarium (28 degree celcius) without doing anything to the surrounding walls?||||| Also, I need a cheap way!

I would get a roll of heavy duty plastic and wide tape at a building supply. Put one or two sheets snugly over the windows. It won't look great but it should help hold the cold outside.

Bring the birds inside at night and let the room warm some and put them out there in the daytime. Are they loose or in cages?

Get a small heat lamp, available at most all hardware stores. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah it's snowing here, and cold. That's what i use and doesn't harm the walls.
