Go to a doctor. They can diagnose your problem. You may need to be put on birth control pills to relieve the pain. You may also have other problems that require attention, only a doctor can tell you. A temporary fix would be heating pads and midol type products but they are usually temporary.

how old are you? this is frequent in younger women. i always had a real problem with my period until i was about 22. birth control is a real HUGE help if your periods remain super painful. i use the nuva-ring and my periods are super light, super short and nearly painless! i really recommend you speak to your medical doctor. this isn't something you can go to walmart to find a fix for. for now, try a heating pad and they say that curling yourself up into a 'ball' can help relieve the cramping.

Sounds like it could be endometriosis, you need to see your OB. I had really bad cramps when I was younger too. I would vomit they would hurt so bad. The only thing that helped is when I went on the pill. Otherwise I would load up on Midol Cramps, put a heating pad on and just lay down. After I had my first child they just disappeared.

I had painful periods for a long time. Then I started taking birth control pills. They made my period regular and shorter and a lot less painful. Try getting on those. A doctor will prescribe them even if you aren't having sex for that reason.

Try applying heat. If you have a heating pad use that and it should help relieve some of the pain. I had terrible periods and always use a heating pad and it takes my pain away. What the heat does is relaxes your uterus muscle. (that is what cramps are muscle contractions). Try that and see if it helps.

This is what used to help me "blackberry brandy" just drink a shot glass full and see if it doesn't relieve some of your pain...also I used a heating pad laid on my belly where the pain was coming from and it also helped.....GOOD LUCK!
