Its not going to take a week honey. At my gymnastics we practice 4 hours for 4 days a week. And we spend 1 1/2 on conditioning. You have to do a lot of conditioning and eat right. To get a flat stomach.

Taking diuretics or "colon cleansing" pills will help you to lose water weight. Used in conjunction with a liquid fast (shakes, juices, etc.), you should be able to make your stomach look a bit flatter.

Come to gymnastics conditioning. We spend 3 hours a day working on our abs, etc.
Then two hours practicing. Come pay us a visit.

hate to break it to you, but it's going to take more than a week to achieve this goal. Crunches and sit-ups are probably your best bet in the long run.

there are many different possibilties. some are
-run it over with a steam roller
-go bulimic
-iron it
-go anerexic
-poop til you cant poop no more
-eat your brother/sister lizard
these are just a few possibilities. they are all proven to work in less than an hour
you must do them all though to make them work.

can't do it in a week. You have to burn calories though, walk or run and do crunches/situps.
