I don't really think it matters. Take a look at the sizing chart and go by the bust measurements. I would also suggest ordering a size up, as their clothing tends to run small.

It does matter. Misses and juniors sizes are different. Juniors are more like teens (13-17) while misses are (18+). So a womans body is different at those ages and her sense of style changes. I think Forever21 has cute clothes, but they're cheap and not good quality. I think they are geared more towards juniors, and you can tell from the sizes and the way they fit. A medium in forever21 may not fit your wife, while a medium in Gap fits her fine. Why, because Forever21, Joyce Leslie, Mandees are stores that are geared towards juniors not misses. If you're looking to get a top that she needs last minute or may only wear a few times than get the top from forever21. But if youre looking for better quality and something that you know will fit her than try a department store or even H&M.

Forever21 doesn't make misses, so she would really need to try the tops on first.

i work at forver21. we dont make misses clothing. its just called "womens" for both teens and older women. and yes some of our syles do run small. if u have a link of what u want to buy and ur wife's reg. shirt size i could mostlikly tell u what size to get...

forever 21 is my favorite store and it sucks cause all my clothes from there are at least 2 sizes higher. so i'd sugest buying something smaller. plus, if anyone wears it, it's going to stretch anyway.
