Cucumbers, ice cubes (if they are baggy) wrapped in a towel, try to sleep at least eight hours a day.

dark circles under your eyes could be an iron deficiency. Try taking a multi-vitamin and drink grape juice tons of iron in that. The circles will eventually go away, chamomile tea bags work well as do peppermint tea bags which helps circulation

Dont sleep for too long or it gets worse. Try wet tea bags ( not hot cause that would be silly) or cumcumbers to frshen your eyes. But its part of life and unless you cover up with make up or plastic surgery , its just something to deal with

the skin is extremely thin under your eyes. it thins more as we age. the dark circles are due to the blood vessels that basically show throw the skin. there really is no way to correct this as we cannot make our skin thicker. i recommend a good quality concealer. i'd try several to find one that matches your skin color and consistency. good luck and sorry to shoot your hope down.

All the answers are good, but seek professional help.. see a doctor this can be a sign of heart problems... not to scare you but have it checked. Especially, if it is noticeable enough that people comment on it.

There are under-eye treatment serums and creams that you can buy as well, but I'm not too sure how effective they are.
