Having Messanger On The PSP Is Kinda Slow, Considering The 'Virtual Keyboard' Used To Type Everything Down..
But If You Insist, Use What I Use:
Yahoo! Has A Cool Mobile Service (1) That Includes A Usable Yahoo! Messanger (2)..
You Won't Quite Send Real-Time Chat, But Message Each Other On Your PSP Using Yahoo's Own Service And Not Another Site..

I think you can have yahoo massenger in you PSP since it have the internet.
