I don't believe there is one that is over the counter...but I do believe that there is a prescription drug that could help. Only thing over the counter I can tell you to get is KY or it's equivalent.

No, there is no over the counter medication that can do this. You can use an over the counter lubricant, like those made by KY (Ky jelly and KY warming fluid).

A doctor might prescribe an hormone vaginal suppository or cream.

Also consider, that your partner may not be taking enough time for foreplay for you to become sufficiently aroused to produce natural lubrication.

There's nothing, other than lubrication. A lot of times imbalanced hormones are to blame for vaginal dryness. Some medications are to blame, but a big culprit can be birth control pills. If you're on a pill, chat with your doctor and see if you can have it changed. What's the point of birth control if sex isn't great...often times, vaginal dryness leads to no sex at all. And that's a pretty ironic side effect for a birth control pill.
