an inner journey is a stage in which a person seeks out to find the true meaning of who they are, what his/her morals, values, and beliefs, and acknowledging ones assests and flaws, in hopes of becoming a better person and better understanding oneself.

An inner journey is a trip throug one's self that assesses who you are, your life, your thoughts, your opinions, etc and it is to help or shed light on yourself to better know yourself
