As a big fan of masturbation that has played with my genitals daily for years and years I have to say yes! If it impacts on your life, time with your family, attendance at work etc you are addicted and need help. But if its a lovely relaxation for a few minutes a few times a day (that you would be wasting in some other way) then its fine.

If you are doing it so much that you are unable to perform your daily obligations or you are to the point of obsession. Do you think about it all the time? Does it interfere with your daily activities? Can you go without for a week? Think about it.
