Excellent book! Be sure to connect it with the Rise of Stalin in Russia. That's the real purpose to it. To my knowledge its been made into two movies. Both animated one in the 50's and one in the 80's I think.

Great book. I read this book my freshman year of high school. It's a political satire of the "going ons" of some war that escapes me.

It's an excellent book. Really a great satire and pretty funny when you see who the charecters actually represent

I have read it, and taught it, and even saw it as a cartoon. Excellent. It explains the behaviour of a lot of people on this site.

This is one of my favorite books!!! i love satires and allegories, and this one and 1984 are the best!! snowball and napoleon, man, they were brutal. word of warning, don't watch the movie, it's ridiculous and it doesn't fallow the book at all.
God Bless!!
