In a list similar to a checklist, except with circles instead of boxes, once an option is selected then one of the options from the list will always be bubbled in. Is there any way to clear the bubble after an option has been selected the first time.

Note: reloading the page or clearing the form will not work because the page is part of an application that has already been saved on the internet.

Unless the original author created a special option to reset hte page or those "radio buttons" to default values, no, you can't.

If you're the author of the page, then you can write a small little JavaScript routine to turn off all selected radio buttons when they click an option you put on the page.
