Go to http://www.lavasoft.com and get adaware. It will clean your computer of all spyware, and the basic version is free.
You should also get an antivirus program to protect against virii and trojans.

Scan the PC with standard antivirus software. If you do not have one, I can give a few links that offer free virus and spy ware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from Trendmicro. When I have tested it it takes some time to run it but it may be time well spent if it can fix any problems.
Download and run http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.
Download, update and run Adaware---http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/products/select_your_product.php

if it says that i would suggest that u get a antivirus like norton or panda titanium that covers things like spywayre. this way that program can scan ur computer and fix watever problem it is.
