Chansey and Golbat evolutions to Blissey and Crobat, respectively, are Friendship evolutions. The name alone should clue you in... make 'em feel loved. Give them nutrients, beverages, put them into battle often, etc.

Well, you can use a soothe bell to get them to like you better.

Other than that, basically, just keep it from getting status conditions or having it lose too much hp in battle. Pokemon tend to not like getting KO'd or hurt in battle. XD
