This might sound weird, but I find incest hilarious in the Sims, is it possible in the sims 2?

ACTUALLY, now that you have brought this up...
I had a husband and wife who had a son. Then the husband got taken by aliens and had a daughter. So technically they're all family.
The husband died and the daughter fell in love with the mother.
Only in sims 2
or america... (kidding)

not with immediate family members. in the sims 2, ur sim can flirt, hug, kiss, make out, and woo-hoo with non-family members (i especailly like when my sims woohoo in the photo machine.. everyone gathers around and cheers!) howeber, you cant do all that with family. theirs a hug and kiss options, but its just a "friendly" hug and a "family" kiss.

Lol, I've never thought about it until reading your question, but yeah they can. It won't work with the immediate family though, only with cousins. Have fun with your sims and hope I've helped. =)
