it depends what and where the odor is...

if its in ur kitchen b/c the garbage is overflowed... u can prob get rid of the stentch by taking out the garbage...

if its in ur shoes b/c ur feet smell, then you should probably start wearing socks (if u don't already), and you can buy foot spray that helps with foot odor...

if its body odor, then you can try to shower more often, and use scented shampoo and scented body wash...

if its just a smell in a room you can prob help get rid of the smell by getting fresh air into the room -- open a window (preferably two -- one on each side of the room -- so that there is "cross ventilation" and the smell goes away faster). also you can use a "scented plug in" (which can be found at pathmark, walmart, target, and many other stores). you can also spray perfume, or colonge for immediate relief of the smell, and you may want to buy febreez or something (especially if u have pets) to spray on couch cushions, carpet, and just in the air in general...

I'm not sure what kind of odor you have but, Baking Soda works really well. It Absorbs!!!! But don't cook with it afterwards use only fresh for baking etc. or your food will taste funnyAlso . remember there nothing like fresh clean air to air out your house etc.

That depends on what it is and what is causing it (temporary or permanent)
Permanent: get rid of the source.
Temporary: clean, disinfect over and over. Ammonia and baking soda are excellent at removing odors.

I just bought these new scented oil candles from the grocery store. They are made by Glade (a Johnson & Johnson product). They come in different scents and cost 7 bucks for the glass holder and two oil candle refills. So far, they seem to be doing the trick. It smells like I'm standing in a greenhouse full of orchids. :)

Blast the inside of the house with a Ozone blaster. It will knock out any smell from the house.
Ozone blasters are what cleaning companys use. If you go online and seach ozone blasters you will find a load to choose from.
