you should weigh about 140-170lbs or so to be considered healthy by the bmi chart. http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.htm

well im 5'11" and 20 and i weigh 141 and thats just because i had a baby 2 weeks ago and you virtually cant tell anymore, im very fortunate. before being pregnant i was 117 lbs and trying to gain weight but its always been difficult to do so. everyone said i was so lucky to be so thin but i always thought it wouold be nice to have a bit of curve, which i do now because of teh pregnancy and hopefully it will stay that way. i was considered underweight at 117 lbs but i was healthy i think. it wasnt cuz i was trying to lost weight or anything, i simply have a very high metabolism and am a very active person. everyones different. weight isnt as important as health.

For a women 140 is a good weight for you. That is still slim, but not scrawny. If you are big boned or have muscle bump that up to 150-155.

at 5'11", you should be around 170. but it really depends on your bone structure. Are you big boned or petite?
