If you want the fastest and easiest way, I would suggest that you take the LRT then go to the EDSA/Pasay station and from there below the LRT station you can find jeepney terminal beside the Mc Donald going to the Mall of Asia.

If you are coming from monumento, you can take a bus like the other answerers say. But that would take forever. Instead, take the LRT at monumento, go down at the Edsa station, and take the bus from there (or a taxi.)

the easiest way is take an LRT until Edsa station then take a jeepney going to mall of asia. a lot of jeepneys and buses are passing thru asia mall along taft avenue - edsa intersection.

take the LRT from monumento, get off at EDSA station...then take a jeepney or bus to mall of asia...or take a cab from EDSA station (approx 50pesos?)

take the bus that's south bound and has a sign board "baclaran". all the buses enroute to baclaran pass by sm mall of asia, so i think it's not a problem.
