Yes, there is a problem. Your turtle will starve if you do nothing about this.
Your options:
a) Let it starve, and do nothing about it.
b) Take it to your local pediatrition, but get kicked out for having a turtle and not a child.
c) Take it to a vet and get it checked.
d) Let it die, and get a new one.
e) Go to the beach and find one to keep. (Not sure if this is ok) O_O

What kind of turtle do you have?

What are it's living conditions?

What are you calling "turtle food"?

Has this happened before?

I'll need those questions answered, or I'll be unable to tell you your problem!

It's going to starve to death. Might as well make it into turtle soup.
