my neighbour recently had this
he had to hire special mchines
1 to get the water out and the other was
mega dryers took 4 days

Wait until (s)he looks faint... then submerge the plumber. Stand on his/her head. Let them up when they look terrified. Allow plumber to go to the truck to get a sump pump. Set it up. It's easy. Drain water. Pay plumber for only pump rental.

start the suction pump before you start to strangle the plumber

get a submersible pump.... wrap power cord around plumber... suck the water out and drain into the plumber's vehicle
