SAT- 2010 GPA- 3.8. I got into Queens University, a small, private, 4 year university. I was the only one I applied for, but if I had applied to other schools I could have gotten into them too, looking at their stats. Right now I'm waiting to hear back about getting the full scholarship, but I already have their highest merit-based scholarship that doesn't require additional application.

act- 26 sat-1080 gpa-3.5
I only applied to the University of Idaho, and I was accepted
Although your sat/act scores and gpa are important, so is extra cirricular activities. If you had a 4.0 and a perfect score and so did another candidate, the University would pick them over you if they had more extra cirricular activities.

As a soon to be college student you should be able to do this research. Most of the info you want is right on each school's web site. All majors and minors the school offers will be listed. Tuition costs and requirements to apply will be listed. Any scholarships they offer and the requirements for them will be on the school's web site.
