Can an express upgrade be used more than once?

Express is preset by the computer manufacturer for what version you will get. A normal upgrade is where you would go to best buy or wherever and purchase the Vista Home Upgrade in a box. Either way, I wouldn't upgrade. I have been in the computer field for 16+ years and OS upgrades are just never good. It is always best to wipe the drive and start over clean. Hope that helps.

Express takes a long time while normal takes a super long time.

Express will get only Critical Updates.
Custom will show you all available updates for your system.

windows express will choose the updates for you, where if you choose normal you can choose what upgrades you want, and do not want.
