My family's neighbor just had a baby, and sent as an e-mail about how she named her baby Chloe. Is it pronounced Chlo-ee or Chlo-ay?

I'm pretty sure every time I've heard of it, it's caled Chlo-ee, but it really is up to the person (or I guess the parents) how they choose to pronounce it.

Definitely with an "ee" sound on the end. Like Zoey only with the Kl sound up front. :)
