You may be able to just filter it. Salt may not be soluble in benzene. If salt is soluble in benzene, you can add distilled water to the mixture in a separatory funnel. Shake for a few minutes and allow the layers to separate. Drain off the bottom layer which should be the water layer. The salt will now be dissolved in this layer. Allow the water to evaporate. Drain the other layer into a different flask. This layer should be benzene with no salt or water.

As said, distillation. You could also do a separation using a separatory funnel (depending on the salt, it could be as simple as adding the benzene and salt to a sep. funnel with water, there are organic salts that don't just "pop" out in water....)
