Could be the fourth road bridge in Scotland ?
can`t see a reason why they would put an Egyptian bridge on a English pound coin !
I am glad you asked this question as i too have often wondered ! Drat ..............
looking at the link above i think bookish is right although i have yet to see one of these coin`s ! damn i`m on a mission now .....................
