Are you asking about the rock group KISS? If so, then definitely WITH. Although, the REVENGE (without makeup) is the album I believe is their best piece of work.
If you're asking about yourself, a natural beauty will take a guys breath away. I guess the trick is to look as though you're not wearing any makeup at all, while still wearing some to highlight your features.

without make-up most people look terrible but i look great without i have a great skin tone 2 much make-up and you'll look like a clown most people do besides if Ur kissing a boy and its time 4 class the boy will have on all Ur make up so without makeup on less u have a pimple or other blemishes.

Not for work! They dont pay me enuf for the effort! But when I am goin out with my man or for special occasions, I will take the time and then I look extra good. You can tell what really matters to me by the effort I put into it.
