Games made in the last 2-3 years will not be at all playable with a radeon 9250.
The ram is just barely sufficient, but you won't see much good performance from it either.
If you're looking for a decent, relatively low-cost gaming PC go for a core 2 duo e6300, a Geforce 7600GT or above, and at least 1gb of ram. It will run recent games fairly well.

Thats really slow, u need at least 2ghz pc, 1 gig of ram and upgrade the card. U can run some of the older games on low but dont expect to play HL2 or anything like that on high

No, that's a terrible spec. 768MB of RAM simply isn't enough for today's games, a 1.7Ghz CPU is laughably out of date and the Radeon 9250 was a low end card even when it was first released ages ago.

It sounds fine, play a game and see if it is slow or just right, unless you have a virus tho i think it is fine.
