well this is what ive done in the past... I get all the CD song listings per artist and i go to a place like Limewire and type in the artist name and search for each song untill I have a complete cd. hopefully that helps. :)

To my knowledge there are no free and legal music download sites/programs. However, there is a website that is coming out called 'Spiral Frog' where free legal downloads will be available. It will come out in the new year. Here is the website:
