Sims 1 Basic Game Cheats:
To get the cheats to work type CTRL+SHIFT+C then type them in. Note that some cheats do NOT work with all expansions packs!

If you are talking about the sims for computer, then the way to access the cheat bar is to press and hold, the control key, the shift key and then press the "C" key while holding in the first two. these cheats only work if ure playing the PC version of The Sims.
1. well, just lyk shadow said, hold down: ctrl + shift + C

to increase ur simoleons:
first, input "rosebud" into the cheat bar. repeat step 1 but input :!;!;1
into the cheat bar and keep pressing "enter". it'll say "no such cheat" (sumthg lyk dat) but if u notice, ur simoleons will increase.

to keep the sims' mood bar green
press ctrl + shift + c and input: move_objects on and then press enter. ur sims will disappear but when u click on ur sims, they'll appear again.
