Every time I do meth with this guy he goes to the bathroom but he doesn't pull up his pants until he gets out of the bathrrom.
Then one time he says "want to see my new underwear?" and pulls down his pants and lets me see. I didn't know what to do he is cute but he has a girlfriend. Is he teasing me? Wants to mess around? I've never told him I'm bi but I want to have sex with him.
Maybe he's trying to bust me because he knows he's hot?

Well...stop doing Meth to start with.
Now, depending on how close you are to the guy...Can you just tell him you're bi-curious? Or would he not take it well?
Maybe ask to see his underwear next time and see what he says. If he acts weird, joke it off. If he shows you...maybe make a coment, something that could also be easily joked off.

For one Meth is against the law. Stop doing drugs. When you are in your right mind, you wouldn't be thinking those things. Nothing else matters except getting your life in order and stopping drugs. Stop before it is too late. Stop before you blow someone or yourself up.
When you get that straightened out, then maybe you can have a quality relationship with someone you love.
