I'll give it a shot:
When the moon is in the 7th house, and jupiter aligns with mars, then peace will guide the planets, and love will steer the stars. This is the dawning of the age of aquarius.
Hope that helps.

Well to start things off, AC, IC, DC and MC are considered the most important houses they are the houses ruled by the cardinal signs. AC is the way we approach the world the mask, while its direct opposite the DC is what we want from others. IC, is supposed the home and family, and its direct opposite is supposed to be one's reputation, status, and career. Retrograde is when a Planet appears to be going backward, Stationary is when the Planet remains Stationary (inbetween retrograde and direct usualy) and Direct means its moving forward through the signs normally. Retrograde is a very bad period of time because it usualy reverses the effects of the planet. like during a mercury retrograde people are often mis-interpretted alot. and there communication is often on a different beat from the rest of the pack. AstroFoxx beat me to an interpretation, but hopefully i answered your other questions.

Just hitting the highlights here (long-term house transits mostly of Pluto, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter--maybe more).
Pluto is in the 4th house of your Ascendant and 10th solar house, so you've probably been experiencing profound transformations in your career/education, and these may, in turn, have affected your relationship to
your family or where you live. Jupiter joins Pluto through 2008, so you should be getting some luck in these areas provided you do not grow over-confident and do something irresponsible.
Saturn has been transiting your 7th solar house and 12th house of your Ascendant since June 2005, so your close relationships and business partnerships have been tested, someone may have been secretely working against you in these areas (unpleasant secrets are a strong possibility anyway)/ Saturn will move into your 8th solar house and the 1st house of your Ascendant (Virgo) in September 2007, so you are likely to question your compulsions/addictions and such and become quite serious about resolving these through to 2009 (a good time to quit smoking if you smoke, etc).
Uranus is in your second solar house through to 2011, and that's your Ascendant's 7th house, so there may be unexpected changes in your personal fortune, and these may be related to business partnerships or close relationship (maybe related to your mate's job).
Neptune is in your first solar house along with Chiron, and this is your 6th house of your Ascendant; you may not see yourself clearly or day dream often, and this is likely to affect how you do things.
When Pluto moves into your 11th solar house and 5th house of your Ascendant in 2008, you will begin a long period of transformation in which your groups/connections in the community begin to transform (until about 2022) and this may be because of tranformations in your romance/recreation/travel/ Jupiter will be in there helping the first year, so these will tend to be lucky since Jupiter is back in the house he rules in your natal chart and Pluto is forming a harmonious aspect to your natal Pluto. Again, however, don't get over-confident based on your early successes in these areas in 2008.
