My glasses is quite oily and the rubber which are put on the nose turns quite yellowish. Any idea how to turn it bak to transparent.

The nose pads are very very cheap and you can go to the place you got your glasses from and ask for a replacement. If it is that yellow and old already, it might be time to get a new pair anyway and then use this pair you are wearing for backup or for travelling..
If you do not want to go to the original store, buy this from any dollar store.

Use the special spays you can find in optical shops to keep your glasses transparent

Spray lightly with bleach. Leave the off overnight to dry, then wipe them clean in the morning.
