Yes press Cntl Shift C and type in motherlode then enter for 50,000 and kaching for 1,000.

If you really want to go out with cheats be careful with this one though. Open the cheap screen (Cntl Shift C) type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true for a world of cheating. You can raise skills, personality realtionships etc.

To raise Sims mood open the cheat screen and type maxmotives

You should register though at the Sims 2.com and you can download clothes, makeup etc for your sims.

To close the cheat window in case you type in a wrong cheat type exit then enter.

You can stop aging your sims by opening the cheat window and typing aging on then aging off when you want them to age again.

You press CTRL, SHIFT AND C ALL @ THE SAME TIME! IF YOU HAVE THE SIMS 2 YOU PUT IN "motherlode" and press enter. It is good for 50,000. If you have the regular sims, you put in rosebud. after that ;!;!;!; and so on. After all the semi-colons and stuff, put an m. The amount of money goes up as you put more semi-colons.
