It depends on why you changed schools in the first place. If you've moved, for example, or been expelled from school, it may not be possible to go back to your old school.
There's no real trick to convincing your mother. The best you can do is tell her that you're being bullied and how much you dislike your new school and want to go back to your old school. Don't tell her this in a whining or complaining way, just frankly sit down with her and try to explain your feelings as honestly and simply as you can, without blaming her. Tell her that you think going back to your old school is the best solution.
I imagine there was some good reason for your changing schools and, to be honest, if I were your mother, I'd want you to try the new school for awhile and see if you couldn't make things work.
Even if you have to stay at your new school, things will probably get better in time, especially when you're no longer "the new kid." School can be tough. I don't know what grade you're in, but I know that for me things were pretty bad from 6th to 8th grade. They tend to be that way all around, but after that, things got a lot better. You'll eventually make some friends if you keep trying, and other kids will probably get bored of their bullying, or you can go to the school administration for help.
Anyway, good luck. Hope things get better for you soon.

As an ex-teacher and a mom, I would definitely advise you to tell your mom that you are been bullied. Sit your mom down and have no other distractions in the room. Tell her that you are getting bullied at school, name the bullies (if you know them), or if you don't know their names, try to find out which classes they are in. Tell your mother you believe that your schoolwork, lessons and grades, will and are getting worse because you are unable to concentrate on your lessons. Ask her to contact your principal and class teacher and show her your concerns for your safety and that you do not feel safe within that school environment.
You must also talk to your class teacher and principal. Tell them what you have told your mother and also inform them that you have informed your mother of the bullying. You must also tell them that you do not feel safe whilst in school or the school grounds with the constant threats and that your current schoolwork, grades and progress is suffering due to this and ask them what they are going to do about it and when.
It may not be possible to return to your old school, but if this is not sorted out now, then it will keep going on. I was also bullied when I attended school and as the victim you feel awful, depressed and you don't know where to turn.
Good luck.

Talk to your mom about the problems you are having at your new school. Make a list of the reasons why you think your new school is horrible, and how you think that will affect your grades. If you are getting bullied people at the school also need to know.
Your mom may want to find ways to solve the problems at your new school or she may consider having you go back to your old school. Whichever the decision, make the best of it. School, like life, often is what you make it. Most likely there are things you can do to make life at your new school better.
Best of luck.

Tell her you are getting bullied, and you hate it there. She should take you back to your old school, and I'm sure your friends back at your old school will be really happy to see you back.
Why did you move in the first place- is the school you go to at the moment getting better grades? or have you moved house.
Because if you have moved house, you kinda buggered.
