He said as long as its under 100 dollars, I can have whatever I want, but in reality, I would rather have a nice dinner out with him with no kids and maybe something small from the wal-mart jewelry counter. Is this too giving?

Use $30 for a sitter and $50 for dinner $10 for roses to save and remember the night. $10 for gas if you are like me (I am a mom to) I do not like money spent on me b4 the family but I think you desirve this.
