Just have a think about that question. If people died for real while dreaming of dying, how would anyone else know what they were dreaming about?
BTW I have also dreamed of being dead, and here I am!

Dreams can be interpreted differently
A 9 year old girl walk up terrified that and told her mother that something horrible will happen and she will die this morning, the mother little concerned didn't send her to school, instead took her to the nearby grocery store. A car lost control and ran over her right on the pavement.

no that isn't true. I had a dream recently that I was in a horrible car accident and died.
When you dream of falling and feel like you hit in real life, that was your astral body being brought into your physical body too quickly. Your astral body normally leaves your body when you sleep. When your physical body thinks it's in danger, it will "drag" your astral body back into the physical, thus the feeling of "hitting bottom".

I had a dream where I fell off a really high cliff and smacked the ground, got up and walked around. so basically, no. It's not true.
