i never played runescape before but i want to try it with a high level. if anyone has a high level account that they dont use anymore can you give it to me thx

you will still lose because you have no experience.if i give you a lev 100 account, are you sure you will know how to use it or you will just wonder into the wild and got killed

While power trips are nice, I reccomend starting a new character, just for the experience. It's a lot more fun that way.
That being said, Runescape has a lot of beggars and stalkers on it, (particularly if you choose to play a female character), so be careful.
Good luck trying to get a high-level account for free....

Just train some. It isn't that hard, infact it makes you feel better when you reach your ultimate goal instead of just buying it.
