Press the "windows key + E" and you should get the explorer. Or else goto run in Start and type "explorer" and press enter

(assuming you're running Windows)
The MP3 player should show up there. Possibly as a USB Mass Storage Device.

Click Start -> All Programs. It should be in there.

go to start ,pick programmes and if you cant find windows explorer on there you are in trouble. another option is to come round tonight have a bottle of wine and i will show you

another way to do this is to open any folder on the desktop (my computer, my docs, etc.) then click the "Folders" button below the menu bar.
