It'll be a wonderful day. I'm in Iraq now, and I have heard horror stories from many, many different people about him, his sons, and his soldiers......especially when they invaded Kuwait. These are not just rumors, I've also seen pictures and video...that didn't make the media airplay. He deserves what he has coming to him. It'll be a great relief when his legacy of torture and death finally comes to an end.

Unless you are Iraqi and have experienced pain at his hand, if you are glad he is going to die, you are as bloodthirsty as anyone in a crowd watching a hanging...getting enjoyment out of seeing another person die. I certainly hope American politics are not pushing this and it is indeed something the man on the streets in Iraq wants. I am not against capital punishment, but I see America's fingerprints on this execution...and the world sees it as well...I don't know if it's the right thing or not, I just hope he is not made a martyr over this.

Sure, I suppose. I'm not sure why they have to hang him, since there are more humane ways in our world of vast technology to euthanize people. And hanging is such a public spectacle (if they've decided to do it in public; I'm not sure). I don't think people should be encouraged to treat _any_ death as such spectacle.
