Not sure if this actually works, but I have seen people selling it on ebay. You could try it.

Yep, theres two options enter all the names yourself (Will literally take you weeks) or go here http://psxsports.com/forums/index.php?s=d2c4d353835f417899b3ad718a24fd03&act=idx You can either download them with a shark port (Isnt worth buying) Or send them your memory card and they'll put them all on it for you. I had my doubts with them when i first did it but I got my card back within a week was well worth it.
