You must have a SanDisk micro memory card inserted into your phone (take off the battery, its a tiny slot towards the top) Carefully slide the card in until you hear a very quiet 'click.' I have the 1GB card. There have been problems w/ the CU500 recognizing any larger-sized cards. And there have also been problems using cards other than SanDisk brand... its kind of picky, but very well worth it. Now, make sure the phone is on, connect the cords to the computer and the phone. A box will pop up asking you to install software. Click cancel. Your phone will be recognized as a mass storage device (removable drive). (If it isn't recognized as such, go to Menu, Settings, Connection, USB Connection Mode, select 'Mass Storage') You can drag songs using Windows Explorer and drop them into the 'removable drive' folder. Hit 'exit' on the phone when you're done, unplug, and listen! yay!
