If the bolt up pattern is the same it will, but if they are different you can't use it. They are both internally balanced engines, so it would be OK on that end. The other question is will the starter mesh with the ring gear? I think you will find you really ought to get the correct flywheel for your engine. If you will look a Jegs.com they have some flywheels new for what you would pay for a used one. You have to look hard to find them, but they got them at a real cheap price. I believe there is one for about $60 new! where are you going to beat that?

Sorry no. The bolt pattern for the flywheel to the engine block is different.
Unless the flywheel is dameged beyound repair just have it reserfaced at the local mechane shop.

yes it will, a 4.3 is essentially a 350 minus the 2 front cylinders.
